19th century
The house is formed of a semi-basement, a ground floor and two tall floors. The ground floor displays a narrow pedestrian door, next to which we notice the simple, rectangular windows from the semi-basement. From the ground floor up, all the windows are covered by adjustable slats shutters and present decorated window sills.

The house is formed of a basement, a ground floor and the first floor. At the ground floor, to the right, there is a tall, rectangular pedestrian access. The two-ridged roof has a crest parallel to the street and two eye-shaped skylights.
We also notice that the façade displays windows covered with adjustable slats shutters.

1925-1939
The building has a basement, a ground floor and the first floor. The façade displays a semi-circular bow window at the first floor, with three rectangular, narrow and tall windows. The tall, two-ridged roof has a crest parallel to the street and two eye-shaped skylights.

Al doilea autor nu este Vasile Crisan, ci arhitectul Ioan Bucur, iar titlul corect este ”Topografia monumentelor din Transilvania. Municipiul Sibiu - Centrul Istoric”, apăruta la Koln, in 1999.
