18th century
The building is formed of a basement, a ground floor and the first floor.
The façade has three lines, both at the ground floor and the first floor. The semi-cylindrical arched passageway of the gate is situated on the left hand side.
The ridged roof has a crest parallel to the façade and two eye-shaped skylights.

19th century
The building is formed of a basement, a ground floor and the first floor. The edifice resulted from the joining of two houses. The longer façade looks onto Tipografilor Street. The ridged roof has three eye-shaped skylights and a crest parallel to the façade

The rectangular plan building has the narrower façade looking onto the street displaying windows protected by adjustable slat shutters. The façade is structured on three lines and the gutter stands out from the ridged roof which has a crest parallel to the façade and three flat rectangular skylights
