Beginning of XIXth century.
U-shaped building at the intersection with Plopilor st. The body on the right side has ground and first floor, with the long façade to the street and a semicircular portal with wooden ornamented gates with two side-stones. The inhabited curb roof has large shed dormer windows towards the streets. To the left of the gateway there is a building with basement and ground floor with three tall shop fronts with metallic rollup shutters. At the top of the shopfronts there are semicircular overlights with wrought iron grills (dating from the first decades of the XXth century). Saddle roof, with ridge parallel to Rimski-Korsakov st and two eyebrow dormer windows.

Untill the First World War the building housed the tanner shop of Johann Fleischer.
