Ground floor and upper floor building placed at the intersection with Pânzarilor Street. The facade towards Măsarilor Street is structured on six axes, and the one on  Pânzarilor Street on two. The decoration consists of the traditional framing of the windows with slats windows, and also cornices.the roof displays two eye skylights and a traditional bottle-neck chimney.

Here was the showroom of Gustav Nussbächer’s sausage company.
