15th – 16th century; the end of the 18th century – the beginning of the 19th century

Basement, ground floor and upper floor building, has on the right the corridor’s Gothique semicircle portal. The four windows downstairs and the six upstairs have rectangular frames. The ridged roof, with the roof parallel to the facade has three eye skylights.

Here lived Iosif Sterca Şuluţiu and Dr. Octavian Rusu who was also the owner.
Here was also the Public Employment Office in the interwar period.
