No. 1, Schiller Square

title}

19-Century

The building looking onto Schiller and Tipografilor streets is formed of a basement, a ground floor and the first floor. The splayed corner displays at the ground floor a semi-circular housing hosting the bronze bust of poet Friedrich Schiller and above, we note a bow-window, flanked by fluted pilasters, with a Corinthian column head and a triangular pediment. The window sills at the first floor are decorated with embossed vegetal motifs.
On August 24th, 1929, the Evangelic Church opens the Christian Guest House, known as the Dietrich House.
