The building is formed of a basement, a ground floor and the first floor, situated on the space between Şelarilor, Maternităţii and Bărbierilor Streets.
The ground floor and the first floor display flat rectangular bossages. In the superior part, the building has a pronounced cornice, supported by a frieze of volute-type consoles.
The building was erected by architect Heinrich Eden, as his personal residence.
