The building is formed of a basement, a ground floor and the first floor. The windows at the first floor are traditional in design, with a linear framework.
The flat, two-step gabled roof has a crest perpendicular on the street.
There is a memorial plate on the building reading "Ioan Piuariu Molnar (1749 – 1815), the first Romanian ophthalmologist, an outstanding man of culture and pedagogue from Transylvania, lived in this house.”
