Basement, ground floor and upper floor house, with a four-axes facade. The access is through a circular corridor. The upper floor has four framed windows with adjustable slats shutters. A two level attic roof, with two rectangular wooden ridges with a triangular pediment.

Baroque chimney (a trucated-pyramid shaped prism)

During the interwar period Johann Joseph Platz appears to be the owner who moves his liquor store from no. 37.
