A basement, ground floor and upper floor house, with an eclectic style. The access to the courtyard is made through a rectangular corridor, which displays reinforcement arcs.
The six axes facade is separated by pilasters, above the windows – boxes with embossed floral motifs.
Ridged roof, with a parallel ridge to the street, displays three eye skylights.

The office of the Hermania Men’s Choir (established 1880) until 1890 when it moved to Filarmonicii Street.
Here lived lawyer Ioan Borcia; he was born the writer Ioan Borcia.
