No. 35, Nicolae Bălcescu Street

19th century

Basement, ground floor and upper floor house. The main facade has a narrow corridor, with four axes upstairs, the windows being surmonted by a one piece entablament supported on both sides by a Corinthian capital pilaster. Ridged roof with two eye skylights.

At the end of the 19th century the house is bought by the tailor Georg Szekeli who opens on the right side a uniform shop, and he rents the left side to a bank.
