Basement, ground floor and upper floor building, situated with the short wing towards the street, has on the left the access door with SECESSION joinery, triforium and decoration. The three windows, the one on the left with a bowindow and those from the right indistinguishable, have composite frames. The ridged roof is overcame by a three ridged, attic roof.
It was the S. Zacharias’ S.A. leather factory office with the showroom towards the street.
