Ground floor and floor building, with the facade convex towards no.19, with three axs on each level. On theleft there is the access corridor. The windows upstairs have profiled framing and traditional slats shutters. Very high, three ridged roof with an eye skylight.
During the inter-war period, the house belonged to N. Coman who opened a leather shop on the ground floor.
