An eclectic construction formed of a basement, a ground floor and the first floor. The façade is structured on 11 lines at the first floor. On the right hand side of the ground floor we find a rectangular practicable passageway. The ridged roof has a crest parallel to the façade.

- The geometrical and vegetal motif decorative painting in the passageway

A memorial plate installed by ASTRA indicates the fact that composer Gheorghe Soima (1911-1985) lived here starting with 1939.
