No. 1, Timotei Popovici Street
18th century
The house is formed of a basement, a ground floor and the first floor and together with the house at no. 6 on Gh. Lazăr Street, it forms a closed precinct. The façade looking onto T. Popovici Street is structured on eight lines. The ground floor, with a splayed corner, displays windows protected by adjustable slat shutters. The ridged roof has a crest parallel to the façade and four tall, rectangular skylights with a triangular pediment, covered with a ridged roof.
The entrance gate still preserves the Baroque style ironware.
