Building with ground floor and first floor, with the main wing to Târgu Peştelui st. and another to  Dogarilor st. The façade is composed on six axes of windows with central entrance portal under a basket handle arch. Saddle roof with the ridge parallel to the street and eybrow dormers.

Owner of the house was Conradt Wilhelm, who had a textile weaver workshop
