XVIth – XVII century; XVIIIth century.

Building with ground floor and first floor, with the shorter façade to the street, on a piece of land shared with the house at no 17. The façade has four axes of windows with stucco enframings, with exterior wooden shutters: panel shutters at the ground floor and Venetian shutters at the first floor. High saddle roof with the ridge running parallel to the street and three eyebrow dormers placed at two levels.

Between the two world wars the house belonged to Johann Staffend who opened a restaurant at the ground floor.
