The rectangular plan building has the longest wing looking onto the street. The ground floor is structured on ten lines, displaying simple frameworks. A part of these windows are protected by adjustable slat shutters. The ridged roof has a crest parallel to the street, three eye-shaped skylights and a traditional chimney.
