The building is formed of two bodies, one looking onto Tipografilor Street, being formed of a basement, a ground floor and the first floor, structured on five lines. The second body looks onto Cetatii Street and is formed of a ground floor, the first floor and an attic and is structured on six lines.

Antiquary Karl Engber was born in this house and lived here during his childhood.
