The building is formed of a basement, a ground floor and the first floor. Its façade is composed symmetrically, being structured on seven lines on both levels. The windows have a circular arch at their superior part, highlighted by decorative profiles. The complex shaped roof presents Neo-gothic style skylights embedded in the main façade.
The monumental staircase preserves the original ironware and a painted ceiling.
