No. 4, Filarmonicii Street

It is a rural type of dwelling, formed of a basement and a ground floor. The façade is organized on five lines, a wooden leaf practicable gate existing to its left. The three-ridged roof has a crest parallel to the street and two flat, rectangular, eye-type skylights.
The Georg Haiser Printing House and the editorial offices of newspapers “Sibiul” (1937-1939) and “Die Neue Zeitung” were hosted by this building in the period between the two World Wars.
