The building is formed of a basement, a ground and first floor, its façade being structured on four lines on both levels. The windows at the first floor have a rectangular shape, a plastering profiled entablement, a straight cornice and a breast decorated by means of embossed panels decorated with vegetal motifs. It displays a profiled gutter, a two-ridged roof with a crest parallel to the façade and two eye-type skylights.

The building was erected for the Evangelic Pedagogical Seminar founded in 1878.
