The house is formed of a basement, a ground floor and the first floor. Its façade is structured on four lines at the first and the ground floor. The basket-handle arched gate passageway is situated on the left. Under the gutter a decorative border motif may be noted. The two-ridged roof has a crest parallel to the street.

The house belonged to professor Gustav Capesius and his descendants. In the period between the two World Wars the building served as the offices of Infratirea Bank.
