It is a rural type of building formed of a ground floor and a loft. The façade looking onto the street is structured on three lines at the ground floor, the windows displaying adjustable lattices shutters. The two-ridged roof is mitered, with an angle opening towards the street, its crest perpendicular on the façade.
The house belonged to manufacturer Andreas Wagner senior, who opened the first machine factory in Sibiu.
