Two main body building.  The facade of the main body, with the long side to the street, with seven axes and with decorations characteristic to the SECESSION period. The ridged roof, with two ridged skylights, has a parapet which emphasizes the jutty.

The double folding access gate exhibits a decorative lattice with the monogram  K (on the left) and G (on the right),the owner’s initials.

Built on the place of a former one level house by Karl Graef who had a bookshop on 12 Large Square.
In the old building lived soprano Maria Crisan. Here also lived the poet George Cosbuc.
