the end of the 19th century
Basement, ground floor and upper floor house, with a five axes facade. The floor’s windows frames are made of columns and neoclassicist entablament at the top. Ridged roof with two eye skylights.
The semicircular portal of the corridor is outlined by two semicircular pilasters, with Corinthian capitals supporting a profiled cornice entablament
The house was built by Karl Schillinger,and from his followers it is bought in 1910 by Dr. Ioan Fruma.
