Basement, ground floor, upper floor and attic house. On the right side of the facade there is the corridor, marked by two pilasters with Corinthian capitals. The ridged, attic roof, with the ridge parallel to the facade. The corridor and some of the rooms on the ground floor are cross-vaulted.   The courtyard building, with the long side on the wall of the 3rd belt, incorporates a polygonal tower, with six sides and a pyramidal roof, that is coming out of the wall to the Movilei 14 courtyard.

- The five windows upstairs, surmounted by a right cornice, supported by consoletes and decorated with vegetal motifs

The house belonged, in the 19th century to Friedrich Czikeli, and in 1906 is bought by the manufacturer Samuel Wagner. After the war it is bought by Dr. Ioan Sturza.
