15th century, 17th – 18th century

Description:

Basement, ground floor and upper floor house, facade facing the street, five axes upstairs. The corridor is placed centrally with stone framing. The facade ends in shaped eaves, with the the soffit decorated relievo rosettes. Ridged roof, the ridge parallel to the facade, two metal semicircular skylights.
The gate’s leaves made of planks arranged in V (18th century)

History:

Here lived Baron Urs de Margina the last years of his life. A kindergarten worked here at the begining of the 20th century.
The furniture store Illesi Ludwig worked here in the part facing the street, since the end of the 19th century until the First World War. During the interwar period a goods store was here.
Here also operated the Avrig Agricultural Bank and the Savings House dissolved S.A. in 1936.
