The building is formed of a basement, the ground floor and the first floor, disposed in a U plan. The façade is structured on five lines at the first floor and four lines at the ground floor, the last line corresponding to the gate passageway. The ridged roof has a two-level attic, the first attic level displaying three tall, rectangular skylights covered by a three-ridged roof.
