1891-1900

The building has a basement, a ground floor and is two stories high. The façade is structured on five lines at the first and second floor and three lines at the ground floor. The two lateral lines at the first floor each display two tall windows, a semi-circular arch, a framework, Corinthian column heads jambs and a triangular entablement and pediment. The windows in the middle line present a baluster parapet. The ridged roof displays two semi-circular plate sheet skylights.

The building was erected by baker Johann Keil who owned a store in the building next door.
