The house has a basement, a ground floor and the first floor and is structured on three lines at the first floor and two lines at the ground floor.
The rectangular passageway of the gate is situated on the left hand side. The ridged roof with a crest parallel to the façade is situated above the profiled gutter and displays three tall rectangular skylights.
The house was owned by Dr. Friedrich Krasser, Hermann Oberth’s grandfather.
