No. 30, Magheru Street
15th century; 18th century
Two bodies are situated by the street and are united by a masonry fence which includes the semi-circular arch gate. The façade of the body on the left (dating from the 15th century) displays two windows with plaster framework. Its three-ridged roof has a crest perpendicular on the street and two eye-type skylights looking onto the courtyard.
Painter Hartmann Hermann lived here at the end of the 19th century.
A long and narrow passage which connects this street to Selarilor Street starts from the building at no. 30
