Basement, ground floor and upper floor building, exhibits a neorenaissance facade, the groundfloor’s parament displays horizontal blades; upstairs, there are eight windows grouped by two, banister railing, jambs with ionic capitels, entablaments with undecorated friezes. Ridged roof, the ridge parallel to the facade, two eye skylights.
