Buiding formed from the unification of three houses. The first segment has an axis made up of semi-basement, high ground floor, and two axes on the ground floor and upper floor. Ridged roof, with the ridge parallel to the facade has two chimneys in the median area and a skylight on the flanks.
In the 19th century here was the "Königer & Baumann" construction company.
Here was born and lived the writer and the painter Juliana Fabritius Dancu.
