The house is formed of a semi-basement, a ground floor and the first floor. This body closes with one of its wings the flank looking onto the street and has a façade organized on two spans. The two-ridged roof has a crest parallel to the street.
After 1860, this building served for a period as a rehearsal hall for the Musikverein orchestra, conducted by Hermann Bömicke.
