Description:
The building has three bodies disposed on three streets, at the crossroad with Poştei Street. The façade looking onto Centumvirilor Street is organized on six lines and the one looking onto Poştei Street has seven lines. The roof has a complex shape with tall, eye-shaped skylights. The body in the back displays Baroque chimneys.

A plate in Romanian and Hungarian announces: “Borsos Miklos, a sculptor, illustrator, university professor, winner of Munkaksy and Kossuth awards and Premio Carrara, emeritus master of art, lived in this house during his childhood”
