The building has four bodies, being connected to the courtyard of the Theological Institute on Mitropoliei Street by means of an out of level gangway. The roof has a complex shape, presenting a two-level attic and tall skylights covered with three-ridged roofs. The body in the back of the courtyard presents a Baroque façade.
