The house is situated on a rectangular parcel with a small courtyard to the right. It has symmetrical facades looking onto Cetatii and Tipografilor Street, being structured on three lines. The windows looking onto Tipografilor Street displays adjustable slats shutters with frameworks presenting plaster flared rings. The two-ridged roof has a crest parallel to the façade and eye-shaped skylights.
