The building is formed of a ground floor and the first floor and forms a closed precinct together with the house at no. 21, on Tipografilor Street. The façade at the first floor is structured on nine lines and that at the ground floor has eight lines. The two-ridged roof has a crest parallel to the façade and two eye-shaped skylights.
