The house is formed of a basement, a ground floor and the first floor. It has a rectangular plan, with the longer wing towards the street. The facade looking onto the street is structured on seven lines at the ground floor, with a central pedestrian access. At the first floor the façade is structured on eight lines. The two-ridged roof has a crest parallel to the street and three small, semi-circular skylights.

- The entrance door has a semi-circular arch, surmounted by a brow made of two gabled volutes.

The building was erected on the location of two houses where the Infantry Brigade no. 32 had its headquarters.
